Who we are

KDA Firestarter Dance is an independent tool that turns one photo of a person or an original character into a short AI generated dance video.

We are not affiliated with Riot Games, K/DA, the artists behind FIRESTARTER, TikTok, CapCut or ByteDance.

Email

One monitored inbox handles everything: support@kdafirestarterdance.com

Use it for:

• Support: a render failed, a video will not play, you cannot sign in.
• Billing and refunds: include the order or transaction ID. See the Refund Policy.
• Privacy: access, export or deletion of your photos, videos or account. See the Privacy Policy.
• Reports and appeals: content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, a video that shows you without your agreement, or an appeal of a decision. Put "Report" or "Appeal" in the subject.
• Rights holders: takedown requests for any material on the site.

Payments

Cards are processed by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Packs are one-time purchases: nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

How fast we answer

• Serious reports (child safety, non-consensual or sexual deepfakes, threats): we aim to respond within 24 hours.
• Support, billing and refund questions: a first reply within 2 business days.
• Decisions on other reports and on appeals follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Privacy requests follow the Privacy Policy.

Before you write
